About Me

I am a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Macau, specializing in Digitalization and Resilient Governance. Currently, I am serving as an intern at UN ESCAP, where I apply my analytical framework to regional policy challenges in the Asia-Pacific.

My research trajectory has been marked by active participation in numerous academic conferences, where I have presented papers linking Macau-related and Chinese issues to global contexts. Currently, my research bridges the gap between theoretical governance resilience and data-driven policy analysis. With a strong technical foundation in R, Python, and QGIS, I specialize in quantifying complex social phenomena, from analyzing federal EHR investments to mapping environmental hazards

My research interests encompass:
